Since the early 1900s, visitors have been traversing up a steep and treacherous route leading to the spiritually cleansing experience of the Tassajara Hot Springs. Now operated by the Zen Mountain Center, the calming experience of soaking in the warm water of the Santa Lucia Range remains a sacred quest. The colors in this blend resemble the ones observed while sitting on the smooth limestone of the soaking tubs; green trees and their red bark, sulphur and rocks. After perfecting this blend, we realized the color palate also represents the yellow, red and green of the Rastafari, hence the name. Made with spiritual connection in mind, this blend will awaken your senses and elevate your dinner to new levels.
