We are very excited be working with other California sea salt manufacturers to bring Big Sur Salts "Appellations" to you! 

The California Salt Collective (CASC) is a group of sea salt manufacturers that operate along the coast of California, each with our own specific minerality and our own specialty products. Big Sur Salts, along with Pacific Flake Harvestry Samoa, CA., founded CASC to share our products with more of you and to highlight the incredibly diverse minerality along the coast.
