Every year we like to work with a non-profit we believe in. We work side by side with them, build a blend, and then donate the profits to their cause. 

This year, we crafted a blend called "Wild Child", and 100% of the profits are going to the Big Sur Park School at Gazebo Park at Esalen. 

The kids were so fun to work with! They not only painted the art for the label; they tromped the periwinkle, clipped all the grass, climbed the eucalyptus, and gave us the idea for the nutritional yeast. 

We could speak to the program, but their words say it best -

"Big Sur Park School was created through a collaborative, community-driven effort to serve the families and children of Big Sur. The organization aims to provide place-based educational experiences that support children’s development and foster a living connection with the natural world. With support from Esalen Institute, community volunteers, and generous donors, Big Sur Park School has established itself as a pillar of the community. The organization was granted 501(c)3 status in 2018, launched with two nature-based pilot programs, and now offers a thriving year-round program for children ages 2-6. The goal is to continue expanding our offerings to increase our impact and enrich community life in Big Sur."
